Indra Sahnun Lubis, SH and Associates was founded by the late H. Indra Sahnun Lubis, S.H. in 1998 alongside his journey with Prof. Dr. H. Adnan Buyung Nasution, S.H. to establish the second largest bar association in Indonesia namely Kongress Advokat Indonesia (“KAI”) – with the Judicial Review of Law No. 18 Year 2003 concerning Advocates granted pursuant to the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 101/PUU-VII/2009.
